1 - Sienna is more fuel efficient even though both cars use a 3.5L v6 engine

2 - Sienna is more spacious

3 - Sienna has a better turn ability compared to odyssey

4 - Sienna picks up speen faster during transmission change on highways cos it has a higher horse power

5 - It is costly to repair a toyota compared to honda (This specific point is my personal opinion)

Observe what they look like on the street

U observe the Odyssey falls apart quicker than the Sienna

I will just advice you to go for the one your heart beats for because at the end of the day it woukd be you driving the vehicle and not us nairalanders. Both vehicles are very reliable minivans with easily accessible parts should anything go wrong. Personally I would go for the Odeyssey I don't like following the Toyota zombie crowd.
