JOB TITLE: Assistant Farm Manager

LOCATION: Osun State.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

• Manage day to day operations of allocated farm.
• Supervise workers in the field, including general labourers.
• Work with both Casual and Contract workers on the farm towards achieving the set goal.
• Supervise Farm harvest.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.
• Organises maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
• Report directly to the Farm Operations Manager.

EXPERIENCE

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2 year(s)

MIN QUALIFICATION:

HND / Bachelor's Degree

BASIC SELECTION CRITERIA

Applicant must have

• Min HND / Bachelor's degree in any Agricultural Related Field.
• Have experience in farming.
• Have experience of managing people in an agricultural setting.
• Possess ability to manage all aspects of the farm without supervision.
• Minimum 2 years farm experience.
• Experience in Cash crop (Cocoa and Oil Palm) management desirable.
