I used to have something like this. I tried changing detergents, creams e.t.c until I discovered it was Detol cool I was using that was causing it. Once I stopped the soap, I've never had anything similar again.

I'd advise she should change her personal items one or two at a time until she discovers what's causing it. Also, she should look into any medications she takes routinely cos it can also be a reaction to drugs/clothing.

You may ask why her but the fact is that every one is unique and you'd be surprised at items people react to

To my best knowledge, there's no big deal in this cos it happened to me from birth till I finished secondary school and to my early twenties. I didn't know when it stopped tho but can't be more than 7-8 years ago. I'll advice you not be washing things or having your hand/palm in water for a very long time than just normal bathing and hand washing. Peace

Omo. Scabies is madt. I bath with hot water & dettol morning & night. Avoids the sun. Rub benzoyl benzoate ( this is torture ) firstly all over ur body maybe twice a week then continue to rub only on genitals ( thrice a week) until itching completely stops.
All these while do not skip use of ampiclox beecham. ( every 6 hours )..
Use ivermectin ( whole pack once).. two times In 5 days interval.

This is caused by lye ( caustic soda) in the relaxer and she seems to have a sensitive skin that reacts badly to chemicals.

The concentration of lye was prolly too high and she didnt use any form of neutralizer after the application of relaxer to douse the chemical reaction which has caused the lye to continue burning and eating deep into her skin.

Let her get industrial salt from any chemical shop. ( its crystal in nature)
Soak the industrial salt in water and allow it to dissolve. Then let her soak her hands in it. It has a cooling effect and will neutralise any chemical lye left in her skin.

Then she should get tochopherol ( Vit e oil) from an organic shop and be using to rub her hands. The peeling will stop and clear off.


Next time, she should use protective gloves when applying a relaxer.
