Finance Analyst Position – Senior Analyst Grade

Job Purpose:
To provide support for senior executives in the execution of Corporate Finance mandates.

Job Background:
The role of Finance analyst will report to the head of Corporate Finance and will involve all corporate finance transactions.

Job Responsibilities:
Conducting pre-transaction financial and strategic assessment
Attending client meetings and road shows with senior executives and providing support
Liaising with clients t obtain required information and documentation
Financial modelling and valuation for projects, M&A, IPOs etc
Tracking and monitoring deal process flow
Contributing to deal origination and relationship management

Strong financial modelling skills

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2nd class upper degree in economics/ finance related subjects or social science / science degree with at least professional stage in accounting, banking or stock broking professional exams. Completed masters degree or professional qualification will be an advantage.
Required Competencies:
Analytical, Strong communication skills, Initiative and Adaptability
Required Experience:
2-4 years experience in Corporate Finance with an Investment Banking Firm or a consulting firm. Exposure to IPOs, M&A, and Project Finance is essential.
