Eden Hazard is yet to show is full potential with the Los Blancos since his move in the summer from Chelsea.


The Belgian season so far has been haulted due to injuries, with Eden missing the first El Clasico of the season against Barcelona which ended in a goalless draw.

Recall that Hazard started his career in Lille under manager Rudi Garcia, making over 190 appearances.It was learnt that he won the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year award, becoming the first non-French player to win the award.


In June 2012 Hazard signed for English club Chelsea, where he won the UEFA Europa League in his first season, League Cup and Premier League, Premier League, FA Cup, and finally Europa League again with Chelsea in June 2019.

In 2029, Hazard joined Real Madrid in a transfer worth up to €150 million.


Hazard has fallen under criticism by many fans of Real Madrid after he has made only eight appearances and scored just one goal.

The former Chelsea star, is currently wearing the Real Madrid jersey number 7, which was an iconic jersey worn by Raul Gonzalez and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Many have touted Hazard to succeed Ronaldo who left Zidane side to join Juventus in the Serie A.


This season, Real Madrid have won their first trophy following a victory in the penalty shoot out against Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup.

It was reported that Hazard missed the match, also didn't feature in weekend's 2-1 win against Sevilla at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Casemiro scored a brace which saw Real Madrid remian top of the league standing.
