1. This is as stated in the Law of Moses, the very Constitution of the Nation of Israel as given by God to His people, Israel. Jesus Christ said He came only for the lost sheep of Israel, and those He sent out to reach them are themselves a subset of the same flock - the lost sheep of Israel.

2. A Nigerian would have to be descended from Israel to be a prophet of His. A Nigerian who isn't descended from Israel cannot be a Prophet of the God of Israel. The key here remains that only one who has the blood of Israel can be a prophet of the God of Israel, just as God decreed in His Old Law of Moses and the Constitution of the Nation of Israel.

3. What is clear to you may not be clear to others, I guess. Jesus Christ used the opportunity to teach all there and even in our time that just as He had previously announced, that which is Holy cannot go to the dogs — He was sent to give God's mercy only to the lost sheep of Israel — just as it was made known through the prophets.

The woman was not the first gentile that Jesus Christ had ever healed, nor was she the last Gentile to have been healed by Him. It was her request which seemed as though she was asking to receive that which belonged only to the lost sheep of Israel that Jesus Christ rejected.
