If this were to have occurred in Nigeria, say places like inside computer village or Alaba Intl. or Yaba market, would she have been harassed or appreciated by passers-by, onlookers and various kinds of hustlers ?

In regards to what the kiddy did, is it a subject of lack of morality or what is permitted in a highly liberal society: laissez-faire (the practice of letting people do as they wish) ?

I understand when you say children, who are still learning about life and society can be excused for doing that but this has caused some battle on Twitter as some comment posted strongly disagree with yours, asserting their right to hit the kid for not been raised properly, trust me Nigerianas.
