Please forgive me for asking this question here. I know that Nairaland is the home of atheists and most of them love football hence this perfect opportunity.

We all know that Christians win converts with the hope of gaining eternal life and be rewarded in heaven after death and Muslims on the other hand, kill people in order to be rewarded with 72 virgins in the hereafter even though I don't really understand what the females stand to gain yet.

Now, atheists use all their time, money and energy in this forum, trying to convert people to become atheists like them. What exactly do they stand to gain, seeing that they don't believe in the hereafter? Is there any financial reward to this service here on earth I am just curious please.
