A Nigerian lawyer, Adekunle Olanipekun Esq, ChMC, writes NYSC Director General, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim, demands the Payment of the balance in Arrears to Ex-Corps Members that were in service from April 2019, the time the Minimum Wage (Repeal and Re-Enactment) Act was signed into law. The NYSC Batches involved are 2018 Batch B Stream 1, 2018 Batch B Stream 2, 2018 Batch C Stream 1 and 2018 Batch C Stream 2. Below are the figures that the Ex-Corpers should receive in Arrears. 1. 2018 Batch B Stream 1- ₦39,600 2. 2018 Batch B Stream 2- ₦52,800 3. 2018 Batch C Stream 1- ₦79,200 4. 2018 Batch C Stream 2- ₦92,400 At the time of filling this report, the Director General of NYSC has confirmed he has received the details of the demand.
