Alex, a student of Federal University, Gombe State visited a dentist at General Hospital, Gombe. When he got there, the dental surgeon in-charge wasn't around as he was on official leave. The Lab technician then decided to step in and do the job of the dental surgeon, and in the process, administered a wrong injection, in a wrong procedure which ultimately killed the patient.
