Due to expansion a transportation and Logistics company requires the services of store and inventory officers for immediate employment

Qualification
HND/BSC in purchasing and supply, management, Accounting, Economics etc
Membership of relevant professional association is an added advantage
Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel packages with information technology mgt skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

Responsibilities

Effective management of inventory
Quotation planning and preparation
Efficient and timely servicing of orders from units and departments
Monetary issuances and returns from stores
Maintaining real time stock availability
Constant inventory monitoring to avoid Obsolete stock
Implementation of FIFO inventory system in stock management
Initiating opportunities for credit purchases and reduce the burden of cash purchases
Prompt returns of rejected supplies and follow you on monetary refund
Proper safeguard and issuance of revenue printed stationeries
