Job Responsibilities:
- Sale of tickets
- Make and/or change travel reservations
Create and maintain guest reservation records
- Resolve service problem by clarifying the guest complaints via phone, email and in person or escalating to appropriate quarters
- Assist guests with luggage check-in
- Promote company goodwill through professionalism and ethics
- Promote online booking, App downloads and other products & services
