Payment Consideration
1. The Sum Negotiated and agreed for each Trip made per Truck will be for Transport (only) .
2. The Total amount paid daily for each Truck shall be in multiples the Number of Trips made by each Truck for the entire duration of the Haulage Operation/Service.
3. Payment shall be made within 24 hours after the completion of each daily delivery on a business day. A Business Day refers to a working day of the week other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday on which banks in Nigeria are open for business. However should there be work completed on Days otherwise known as Non-Business Working Day, payment would be made on the next Business Day following the delivery
4. Payment for completed delivery shall be made via Bank Transfer into each Individual Truck Driver’s Account stated or otherwise advised in writing.
5. Corporate Movers does not guarantee a specific amount of loads to be haul by a driver per day nor regulates the specific amount of hours to be worked per day or the number of days to be worked in a week. Any revenue generated or pay received will be solely for individual jobs haul the Truck Driver accepts to complete and have completed. Hence each Truck Driver retains full discretion on the potential revenue he may or may not generate based on the hauling jobs he accepts or do not accept to complete
