That's why I don't disrespect them. The earlier you realise this is a partnership and not an autocracy the better you'll appreciate the industry


Show me some respect too. I mentored over 120 writers on this forum in the past five years and I'm 100% sure many of them would be writing for you presently. What's funny in the industry is people don't soften remember the experienced writers they had were mentored by people.

What does respect have to do with pay?

Just bump their pay up. N1 is too small to sustain one's self.

A standard should be set on this forum to only at least N2/word pay.


Writers are not beggars.
