Academic qualification
- First degree in IT related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience

Responsibilities

- Shall be responsible for troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required.
- Responsible for Providing IT related support on all hardware related issues
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Shall be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responsible for Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
