hello, Pls i honestly need ur gud advice on the above subjet. and which school within the eastern nigeria is doing EE or TELECOM or computer engineering ( PART-TIME programe because i have something i am doing for now) .

ur gud advice will help alot pls.

Go for a PGD and onward for a masters

It all depends on you.
If you are basically after the Certificate, then you may go for D.E. (after all u got something doing)
But for career/employment, go for a P.G.D, then Masters -waste no time.

If u still have age on ur side i would advice u go for de cos in d true sense of it pgd is meant for uni graduates with 3rd class,
