If anyone takes her to the hospital, they'd likely reject her or demand a police report before commencing treatment. When that person goes to obtain the police report, time is being wasted and she may develop irreversible complications, and the good Samaritan becomes a suspect if she gives up. Country is messed up and no one wants trouble.

Best to do in the case is to call the police. There are so many in this country who have no one and are at the mercy of anything.

PS: I was vacationing in Kigali last year, and someone collapsed. Within minutes, an ambulance appeared, police was there and some passerby assisted the victim before their arrival. Nigerians, when did we all fall to this level?

From the comments, they said she just gave birth ND the things in her bag seems dat way, who knows maybe all these baby factory just delivered her, sold the baby gave her cash but when complications arose they decided to drop her on the road before she dies on their hands.
