I read the news when the coach of Guinea said that he is ready for Nigeria. To my shock I saw 1-6 as the Full Time score grin

[s][/s]Just say congratulations and move on...

You don't compare lime with breadfruit.

Men's football is

1. A totally different infernal beast.

2. It is far more advanced than its female cousin. Male football is a hundred times over more properly structured than that ladies' catwalk.

... if you doubt me join the guys in your local community for just one evening of football and you will have a rethink. The tempo will almost kill you unless you are an initiate of at least 20 years like us. smiley

Then after that, go and watch some girls at your local field, then the difference will become even clearer.

In female football, especially at this U-17 level, the more physically endowed team always comes tops. While in male football, that is scarcely enough. You need all the factors to come into play to beat up your opponent even by the slimmest margin.

No cake-walk[s][/s].

the women national team is ten times better than the super [/s]eagle[s] chicken.

9 times african champion.

since 1991 they have qualified to every edition of the fifa women world cup

reached the world cup quarter final in 1999

All what u just typed up there is what someone who is a science student but doing poorly will be telling someone in art class that it's bcus science is harder than art that is y he is failing n d art guy is passing but d question is did dey force u to read science related course. D ans is no n it's bcus u thought u had d capacity dat was y u chose it. Same here, even a pry 1 maths will be hard to a pry 1 pupil same way it is for a ss3 student. Who don good done good leave story. An adage in Benin says as d head of an elephant heavies d elephant so also d head of d any heavies d ant. Us female team is also doing far better dan their male counterpart

Heard that our female and paralympic teams do better because they get into the teams on merit not through connections like the male teams.

BTW, hope they are making plans on which hotel they will be quarantined once they come back home.

The USA beat Spain 1-0 in the "She Believes" Cup and this brought about funny reactions. Spain played beautiful football, but just couldn't score and the US scored in the dying minute of the match. A Spain supporter wrote, "Why didn't Oshoala play? angry Where is Martens?"

Meanwhile, BRFootball made this group of pictures for International Women's Day. A lot of people are talking about the fact that Oshoala and Miedema were placed next to each other.
