Nigerians are use to not minding their business, recently a facebook user shared this photo of a barrister caught eating and enjoying himself at mama while still wearing his suit. Most definitely he is on duty and apparently rushed out for a quick meal. The person who shared the photo captured it: Hunger no dey respect section 2, subsection 8, paragraph 60.
