Zenith bank releases its promotional list but some staff were not promoted. Can someone tell me why?

Galek or whatever u call urself.ur response to the guy (Zenithbank Promotion List Is Out Atlast) is so unrefined,barbaric and an insult to the sensibility of some of us on this forum.u shld ve at least keep quite if u don't ve some thing to say.it goes to show dat u don't ve any professional experience.u are talking of pple not having jobs which u may score some point,but do u kwn wat it means for u to be on same postion for maybe 5yrs or more without promotion.not dat ur appraisal is not OK but maybe due to one policy or the other.if u dnt ve a job dnt worry God can provide one but learn to see from other people's point of view.
