What can I do to get my laptop working back again?
It suddenly stop giving sound.
It now says no audio device output is installed.

Locate the maker of your laptop audio and download its driver.

1. Download/update drivers, that should be under device drivers
If '1' doesn't work, then your speakers may be due for a replacement.

Realtek is the Audio maker I downloaded.
But it is Asking me to select either Reset to Default Settings or Launch Windows Sound Property Page.

Realtek is the Audio maker I downloaded.

Sounds like a coupled system like what this company in Ikeja does.

Use Google to search for solutions, watch videos, most times people with similar issues post online with the solutions they used.
