LOCK DOWN LIST CHECK 2020

A Healthy Pandemic Grocery List
Beans
yam
Rice
Nuts and butters
Almonds
Cashews

Items to freeze and frozen items
Bread
Spaghetti
Berries
Bananas
Carrots
Peas
Other necessities
Canned fruits
Pasta
Chips
Crackers
Dried fruits
Oatmeal
Popcorn
Tea
Coffee
Veggie bouillon cubes
Nutrition bars
Oils and sauces
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Sesame oil
Honey
Spices
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

I also advise stocking up on the following fresh items.
Perishables
Raisins
Dates
Apples
Oranges
Mango
Berries
Avocados
Bananas
Bagged greens
Garlic
Ginger
Lemon
Lime
Mushrooms
Onions
Pickles
Sweet potatoes
Carrots
Most of these items will go bad after two weeks, but it will be comforting to have fresh foods for the first weeks of any lockdown. Plus, items like sweet potatoes stay fresh for a long time, avocados can be purchased unripe and take weeks to ripen, and most fruits, especially berries and bananas, can be frozen.

Finally, here are my suggested household items.
Household Items
Toilet paper
Toothpaste
Dental mouth wash
Fluoride rinse
Dish soap
Hand sanitizer
Reusable plastic bags (to freeze items)
Menstruation products
MASKS
Mosquito net & fleet
Air freshners
VICKS BLUE/TOM TOM

MOVIES (Season movies cos it will get boring)
lots of RECHARGE CARDS for emergencies only (if you do not use your bank app)

Malaria/cough/catarrh/ etc TABLETS

Get FUEL FOR YOUR GENERATORS or a SOLAR GENERATOR that can power bulbs plus fans plus all your USB gadgets for 24hrs ( prices from 30k and above)

THICK BLANKETS AND HOODIES.

What about the 'hand to mouth' guys? Bricklayers? Truckpushers?

What would they prepare with?

Charcoal and cement?
