5.Email addresses of all the directors and shareholders

6.Telephone numbers of all
the directors and shareholders

7.Nature of business

8.Identity cards of all directors and shareholders (snap it to my whatsapp)

9.name, address, phone number, email address of the company's secretary. (according to CAMA 2004,The 2nd director can be the secretary of the company)
10.Basis of allotment of share capital



Duration of the certificate is ten days after submission of documents to CAC
