You applied for that cer and key sometimes in nov 2010. We are talking about people that has just or want to apply for there's, of which they are not giving it out again. For the thing to change to normal, no be small work o!

Am realy confuse here. I ve walking all over the street nairaland. Jst to develope key and cert. Bt 2 no avail.
