I need to know d prices of a 2001 Audi a4 and a 2003 Audi a4. I also need to know if anyone on NL has for sale. This is very urgent, Cash in hand already!

You've put in a request, but you don't state engine type? Engine capacity? Petrol or diesel?? There are over 26 variants of the Audi A4, from 2001 - 2003.

@Sienna, dis car will be used by a lady so, im talking a v4 engine, petrol ofcourse, it might not be full optioned but the gear must be automatic. Tnx, this is really urgent.

Soney, why do you guys insist on hoodwinking prospective buyers?? Ituah made a request for an Audi A4, from 2001 - 2003. You offer one, which you say is a 2000 model. Which is untrue! The Audi A4 B5 ran from 1995 - 2001, with facelifts in 1997, 1999 and the final year, 2001.

The car you've posted as a 2000 model, is actually a 1995/6 model! Why try palming off a 1996 car, as a 2000? And charging 1999/2000 prices? Don't take advantage of Ituah's lack of knowledge of cars, and rip him off! angry There's very little I don't know about Audi / Volkswagen. Do you want me to post pictures of a 2000 model year Audi A4 B5?

@ Ituah: Sorry bro, this car isn't close to what your lady has requested, and as a 1995 car, is worth no more than N650,000.

@ Soney: I understand you wish to make some profit through a referral, but N900,000 for a base model 1996 Audi A4? Get real bro!

And please Ituah, there is nothing like V4 engine. What we have is I4 (Inline 4) engine. If i may ask you, what is wrong with V6 engine? You need to know that the bigger the cubic capacity, the breathier the engine. Since its going to be for a lady, I reserve my comment. But dont complain when the I4 becomes sluggish, especially since its going to be Auto transmission.

Mr ituahforee , HAVE YOU WENT TO INSPECT THE CAR IN LAGOS AND SEE THAT THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE IS NOT TRUE ? DO I SAID YOU SHOULD PAY MONEY BEFORE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE NOT SEEN OR INSPECT ?

WHY DON'T YOU INSPECT THE CAR , TAKE MANY PICTURE OF THE CAR BOTH IN AND OUT , AND POST IT HERE FOR ALL TO SEE AND MORE OVER I TOLD YOU BEFORE THE CAR DID NOT BELONG TO ME

Soney, I can read, I'm not blind, or illiterate.

You did say you're selling on behalf of a friend. That does not excuse the fact you're advertising a 1995 car as one 5 years newer, 2000. Ignorance is not an excuse. If you're not sure the information you're getting for a product you're selling is correct, then it's down to you to dig deeper. If you had sold a 1995 car to someone you'd lead to believe it was a 2000 car, you would be liable, not your "friend".

You've been in the car trade long enough to recognise an older car from a newer one, you don't just take things as described. And I'm sure you do realise a 1995 Audi A4 has a VIN, and you're also aware that the 10th digit represents the year of manufacture. All this rubbish about looking at seat belts, blah blah blah. Seat belts can be replaced, the VIN is an integral aspect of any car.

Sometimes, it's best to sit back and take stock, rather than respond the way you did, i.e with feigned ignorance.
