*WAKE-UP CALL TO ALL EHAILING DRIVERS*

It is very clear and obvious now that most of us are just working for this dictatorial app companies that we can barely cash out for ourselves.

Since the lock down of activities and the stay at home saga began, how many of us drivers can boost of taking care of themselves and family for complete two weeks without going out to work? Thank God the government didn't say one month, who know what would have happened?

Some of us drivers, even prefer going out to work not minding if they will contract covid19 during that process of working, all because they want to put food on there table, forgetting that life is more important than money.

Some drivers are even ready to take a trip from Lagos to Benin for 15k� all in d name of no money, may God have mercy, I wouldn't blame them, I am sure if they have enough money at hand, they will not think of such.

The big question here is this, all the while that we have been working, what have we been doing with our money, is it that we couldn't save for contingency?
Why are some of us still struggling for survival, jumping from one partner to the other?

I will tell us some of the reasons why some of us couldn't save:

1~ Disgraceful poor and bad fare imposed on us by dictatorial app companies

2~ module of operandi by dictatorial app companies: most drivers have been conditioned to leave below standard that they can hardly save or have investment for themselves.

3~ Our service have been devaluated by app companies that riders don't even have respect for us anymore.

4~ Driver poor welfare packages e.g u have to complete ridiculously high number of trips per month before u are qualified to a health package, who does that?*This makes some drivers work themselves out forgetting themselves and family.

5~ Some drivers were unjustly blocked before the 14 days stay at home saga, as such they have spent the little they have with them

this are some of the reasons just to mention but a few.

This dictatorial app companies have made themselves gods over our business because we gave them the chance and we fail to fall to formation of unity and speak in one voice.

One of the dictatorial app company have started adding 0.5℅ interest to any money you owe them and we can't do anything about it because, its there app and they can do as it pleases them.

For how long shall we continue to pay deaf ears to the clarion/Liberation calls by PEDPA?

We can still redeem ourselves and services from this so called shinaneghans if only we obey the clarion call by PEDPA

Its high time we put our house in order and support PEDPA for d fight against modern slavery imposed on us by dictatorial app companies

At PEDPA every driver is a partner with share of 5% commission into his or her cooperative wallet for these following benefit plans:

2▪Car leasing Loan.
3▪Health Management Organization (HMO) for family of 4.
4▪real estate or pension plan.

This is extent of what unity can ACHIEVE, if we all fall into formation Proffessional E-HAILING Drivers and private owners Association (PEDPA).
