i went for an interview recently and i want to send a followup letter,
thanking the interviewer for her time and expressing my desire to join the company
but most of friends are laughing at me, saying that it is eye service that
i am doing, should i ditch the idea? i know its acommon thing to send followup letters abroad,

please please do, its a very good concept and a creative way at catching the attention of the interviewer, cos dis is a very smart way of creating an impression about urself to the interviewer.

do not mind ur friends dat r laughinn at u, u r doing d right thing. i've done dis in d past, and believe me it did work wonders.
