In his words "Yesterday, I issued an executive order for a Dusk to Dawn curfew in Imo starting from today the 18th of April 2020. Our decision is predicated on our consciousness of the need to preserve the lives of Imo people. Any violation of the order will not only attract a fine ranging from 7000 to 50,000 Naira. This means that everyone must obey the lockdown order instituted over two weeks ago. Mobile courts have been set up and authorized to prosecute violators".
