Please what is the the relationship between .net core and asp.net core

I'm not a guru but this is my answer

Asp.net core is built on .net core

In .net , Asp handle server side.(asp.net)

So using asp.net core is building application that support server side on top of .net core .

Eg ASP.net core MVC , .net core web Api
