This is certainly above the size I posted earlier on. From what you posted here, you have to remove the water heaters and ACs from the inverter because they are high energy consumption appliances. For the remaining items, you'll need about #3.4M

* 4No 200ah batteries @ N85k each = N340,000
* 3.5kva inverter = N140,000
* 60amps MPPT Solar Charge Controller = N72,000
or you go for PWM solar charge controller = N25,000
* Wires and other accessories = N15,000

As an Electrical Engr. we can come in by separating your solar inverter from raw power(i.e from NEPA/GEN). We will install a separate Distribution board and separate all the lighting and socket from the raw power DB to avoid current returning back to the Raw power DB when there is no light.
