Snow look like Coronavirus rain-fall in Adamawa (photos)

Snow look like Coronavirus on Saturday evening reportedly dropped from the sky during an heavy rain fall..

We gathered that people trooped out in numbers to take a glimpse of the snow. They were astonished and wondered how it happened.

Coronavirus is a new respiratory virus which is spreading fast in some places around the world. Close to 413, 467 people are known to be infected.

In Nigeria, the country has recorded close to 35 deaths while confirmed cases according to NCDC yesterday is 1182.



At the time of filling this report, we learnt another new cases have been recorded today.

A local station in Ibadan, LAGELU FM 96.7, this morning confirmed that someone was reported to have died at after first visiting Lafia Hospital in Ibadan before being transferred to UCH in Ibadan.

According to the news, Lafia hospital is now shut. May God help us.

That's not snow, it's hail, it happens in different part of Nigeria time to time.

Those are gigantic hailstones, and it is a rarity to see them in Africa where reports of hail storms occur only once a decade or so. Assuming the above pictures were taken in Nigeria as claimed, it is indeed highly unusual for hail to form in the northern region of Nigeria where temperatures are typically high year round.
