SUMMARY OF GOV OKOWA’S BROADCAST TODAY 28TH APRIL 2020

* The lockdown will be relaxed from 30TH April

*Economy and Business activities to resume as from Thursday 30TH April

* Public servants from Grade level 12 and above to resume as from Thursday 30TH April

*Schools both private and public are to remain close till it will be reviewed by 31st May

* The use of face mask is compulsory for all as from 30TH April( Delts state will share one million face mask as from Tomorrow but those who can afford it should buy theirs)

* Traders and market women must wear face mask as from 30TH April

* curfew still enforce from 7pm- 6am daily till further notice

* The Gov to meet with religious leaders on Thursday to chat the way forward in worship Centers ( conventions, crusades etc remain banned)

* conferences, sporting activities, conventions, event centers and recreational centers remain closed

* Hotels to resume services

• Entertainments and night clubs remain closed

*Restaurants are to open but to serve their customers on takeaway packs only

* Transportation- keke (only 2 passengers at the back

Taxi ( one passenger at the front and 2 at the back)

Buses(18 seaters to carry 10 passengers

* Hairdressing and barbing saloons should not be crowded

* Airport remained closed

* Burials, weddings and other social gathering should not exceed 50 persons
