Hi fellow Nairalanders, I've been unable to make and receive calls from my MTN line since yesterday. Whenever I attempt making calls, the following notification pops up "No. not registered on network". Also, when you try calling the no. from another phone, the caller is told that the no. is not reachable. I had to factory reset the phone but it appears the problem is from the sim card itself as my other sim card worked just fine on same sim tray. I also tried using the sim card on another phone but the problem persists. I would greatly appreciate any hints that could enable me resolve this issue. Thanks in anticipation |
