STEPS TO TAKE WHEN YOU LOGIN TO PROLEARN FOR THE FIRST TIME ��



➡️ Create users - (total number of students and teachers) - done by the admin. Parents email should be used for student registration.✅



➡️Create classes under categories (primary 1 gold, primary 1 silver etc) done by admin✅



➡️ Define subject under each class. (Done by admin)✅



➡️ Enroll each subject to each student and assign the teacher who is in charge.✅



➡️Send specific teachers login to each teacher initially created when creating users, so they can start creating lessons and activities (ENSURE your teacher watch the video training on our YouTube channel)✅



➡️ Send each student specific login created when creating users so they can have access to the course they were registered under. Ensure students and parents watch the video training on how to access lesson materials and activities on our YouTube channel.✅
