Watching the trend of inactivity, tension and unhappiness all over Nigeria and the world at large, there's a very high risk of individuals winding up Crazy and mentally unstable.
The tension, backed up with inactivity(due to lockdowns) are two bad combinations for a nervous breakdown.
So my humble suggestion is as follows;
Government should ensure active mental institutions

Families should engage themselves actively in in-door activities etc

Stay Safe and Sound.
