Dear Lagosians,
As one of the measures to create the COVID 19 pandemic awareness amongst the citizen, especially the unlearned now that the lockdown has been eased is to place the NCDC daily statistics on some billboards at strategic locations across the state. This will create the 'psychological fear' to enable an individual think twice before embarking on any journey.
Can we think of more ideas?
