If you can jump 10 minutes per session three times daily or twice a day for 15 minutes per session, you can burn about 350 calories.

Skipping For Improved Cardiovascular Fitness.

As your heart rate rises as you jump, the activity makes your heart work and the vessels that carry oxygenated blood around your body. If your cardiovascular system works, you will get fitter and feel less breathless when active.
