You can see that name on older colonial maps of Nigeria made before 1970, Ask the elders of the land. The colonial masters opened up and built the Sea port, railway station, and Township and named it after a white man, Mr Harcourt. Are you saying the indigenes don't have a name for their land before the whiteman came with their own name.
