I am presently working on a service project and i need a programmer or I.T guru's service , Service would require subscribers to have : * Personal identification number [P.I.N]. Projected at 2 million clients. * Auto SMS and e-mail on transactions * Subscriber's transaction & Information database * Standard website for client's information update ,transaction history,advert.
