Please , folks, can anyone identify these bandit beetles invading my Maize Farm? They come every night in large swarms and focus on the maize silks and tassels. How can I stop them? Can they affect my yield? Thanks

Spray pesticide, repeat again after 2 weeks and they'll be gone.

I have been spraying for somedays now. The challenge is that they only come at night and leave before morning comes.
