What a year! 2011. A new year that is craving for attention in every segment of our daily existence. It is a year that offers new hope for new height in our personal lives; business; marriage; job; studies; polity; churches and ministry etc. It is also a year we can preempt, provided we can perceive all what it came to offer us.

Knowing these then, there is a need for us to move from our past to the present in order to have successful and rewarding leadership this year. This movement can only be enhanced by the vehicle of change. Change brings progress and lack of it promotes and oils the machinery of stagnation. Without change there can never be any meaningful growth that can be a platform for lasting success in any endeavour.
