Hi someone should help me please. my Techno L9 plus stop *boosting charging* I mean super fast changing. Normally in 1-2 hours I get 90-100% but now it takes 6 hours but nothing, highest it will show 20 or 15% Pls what is the problem and what can I do? |

Informer155: Before you change the charging port, clean the port with a soft brush(the long red brush). If that doesn't increase the charging speed then buy a new cable(original one). Also download Ampere app from playstore to compare your charging speeds with different cables 2 Likes |

Poster above: unless you're joking, that's not necessarily true. OP, I had a similar issue with my phone about a month ago, and it was because the phone fell off while charging so the connector became loose. I had another charger (fairly new) and tried it, but it was still taking a while to charge, so I thought it was an issue with the phone's charging panel since I'd tried a different charger. Eventually I got a new charger and tried it, its working perfectly now. Even if you've tried other chargers, doesn't mean its the phone. You may want to try another power outlet like you mentioned above, buy a new charger, or try in a different environment. I dont know if this has anything to do with the battery, but I may be wrong. what happens when you charge the phone while it's powered off? just make sure you've exhausted all your options before you spend on a new one. |

Well, I think the phone have spoiled. I changed the charging port yet nothing, its very slow. But its not easy woo, de phone de try for me guys. And I don't gave sisi dis time around... Dats bad mehn |
