Firsly this kinda relationship in a job environment always backfires and comes with much implications. I would hav asked you to go ahead and sleep with her but what if she is toying with you? any ways to my advice... if you can play the mind game as a good conversationist i suggest this is time you use that card...find her intrests talk about it with her. use time to yur advantage, post her if she invites you, make her long and yearn to see you in bed while you carefully work out a back up plan for your exit.
