Nowhere in the world is this the norm. A graduate is nothing more than an individual who has proven that he can understand and solve complex problems as well as handle stress and still produce results. This is why internships exist and new engineers are called graduate trainees.

Make we keep up abeg and pressure corporations to engage/ play there part in corporate and social responsibilities by helping young engineering graduates with the opportunity to learn how to be an engineer.

I wrote this thread in response to another bashing the Nigerian education processes.
