i use an E71 phone with a MTN sim but i keep seeing EDGE instead of 3G on my phone. what sld i do? |

It's either u r not in a 3g area (which i truely doubt cos mtn 3G is almost evrywhere) or d version of ur E71 is "US based" i.e d 3G band is 900/1900 instead of 2100- which is what naija uses. To confirm if there's 3G in ur area go to PHONE SETTINGS---- CONNECTIVITY---- NETWORK---- then select UMTS or 3G only and see if u will get any signal. Hope this helps. . . Cheers |
