You can play exclusive games using emulators on your PC.. but I've mostly seen em on Desktops..as for the Ps5 using Something as powerful as the Rtx 2080 I'll say no...maybe the GTX 1050ti and even at that I'll still buy a better system or build a PC..I prefer more FPS and smoother experience than Exclusiveness...you can't play every game that will be released �

The run in high stock 30fps,my former 1660ti ran dead redemption on 58fps on 1440p and 20fps on 4k and my ps4 pro runs the same game on 4k at 50-60fps.
Go and run assassin creed odyssey on high settings on your gtx1050 and tell me if it achieves 30fps.

This is gtx750ti running morden warfare at the lowest settings and its running on 37 fps,ps4 runs this games on high settings and achieves steady 30fps.

There is actually a working PS3 emulator - RPCS3, and there is also an Xbox360 emulator - Xenia. However there isn't any working PS4 emulator.

Even PS5 touted to be revolutionary 4k 60 couldn't handle unreal engine demo properly. Played it at 1440P 30 with frame drops
