It's no longer news that some miscreants raped a 100 level student at the Redeemed Christain Church of God in Benin City. This has sparked outrage and protest against rape. Also celebrities have thrown their weight on the issue. But for apostle suleman is going to the extent of placing a bounty on these criminals.
