My brother is dying help...
Two days ago I received a call from my younger brother, saying he will love to see me, I rushed to his place that evening and he told me:-
"I have a big problem killing me gradually, when I sleep I lose total conciousness, for example I live alone if you like put earphones in my ear and put on my alarm I can never hear, if fire is burning in my apartment I can not hear while sleeping, am on the verge of been sacked from work because of lateness, I need urgent help please I am tired of sleeping like a dead man brother even if you shout my name at night I can't even hear you" I am frustrated and depressed the shocking word that touched me so much was he said if I keep living this frustrated and depressed life I might end up having suciede as my only option with tear in his eyes, I bursted into tears also consoling him...
Since then I have been thinking of a solution and it's affecting me something needs to be done quick cause am afraid I dearly love him and don't want to lose him...
He is about 23 years old.

Go see a doctor ASAP

i have friends who are heavy sleeper i mean deep sleepers
it only takes the will of God to wake them up when they are asleep yet they never contemplate commit suicide for once
let him try to sleep early around 7 i believe he suppose to wake up by 6 like that
besides let him exercise a lot cos if he goes the doctor their is nothing they will do except recommend a lifestyle changes

Take him to see either an Otolaryngologist or an Otologist as fast as possible before he goes completely deaf.Don't you dare take him to a "man of God".

Your brother doesn't have any problem..... He's plain lazy.....



I know someone who used to be a very deep sleeper until he had his own business and began to make his own money.....He barely see sleep as he started making money....


Your brother should make plans to when to sleep and he should exercise more often....

Life no balance. Sleep wey me dey look for. It's better to oversleep than to sleep less sha. I wish he can give me small sleep from his own.
I suggest he starts drinking lot of coffee everyday and be sleeping early. It will make a great difference.

i swear bro im also looking for sleep cos i sleep around 1 every day if it is not 1 i wont fall asleep and if i hear a footstep i will wake up immediately

Key causes of such sleep: laziness,masturbation, sickness. Anyways, see a physician.

Let him sleep early.
