The imagination of Nigerians will not cease to run wild, and no issue is excempted. The ungoing voters registration is the latest cuprit. It emerged yesterday that some people allerged that HIV/AIDS patients will not be able to register as the Direct Data Capture (DDC) machine will not be able to read their finger prints. It took the intervention of the Director General of the National Agency for the Control of AIDS, Prof. John Udoko to dispel this rumour in Abuja yesterday.
