I paid my BIS yesterday morning 6.44 am to be precise and as usual i received a text message that it will be activated within 24 hours ,waited for an hour,switched the phone off by removing the battery but the BIS did not come up and till now still the same story,I have called the MTN customer service like 20 times and each time to keep telling me to do one thing or the other,can anyone help me out here,I need this for business and tomorrow works starts,and I really need my bb for my business.
